FORREST R. ‘DICK’ KNELLINGER 1936-2004
Forrest R. “Dick” Knellinger,
co-founder and CEO of Cambridge Packaging Inc., passed away April 17, 2004, following a brief battle with cancer. He was 67.
He was born July 24, 1936,
in Bridgeport, Ohio.
Mr. Knellinger was owner and operator of Cambridge Packaging for more than 23
years.
Dick was a member of the Rotary Club and Elks Lodge 448, all of Cambridge,
and the Cambridge Country Club. He was
also a beloved and respected member of the community.
An avid golfer, Dick enjoyed spending time at his favorite course, TPC
Sawgrass, in Ponte Vedra, Florida. On March
12, 2000, Dick hit a hole-in-one on the 157yd Par 3, 7th
hole of the Country Club of South Carolina.
